Late check-out in July & August is charged as a half day stay, if it is more than 2 hours.
HOW A RESERVATION CAN BE VALID:
For a reservation being valid is required the 30% of the stay as a prepayment.
Guarantee by Credit Card or Bank transfer.
Cancellation/Guarantee Policies:
Hotel cancellation deadline: 15 days prior to check-in.
Detailed Description of cancellation policy:
If a reservation is cancelled 1 month before check-in date there is a full refund of the prepayment. If a reservation is cancelled 14 days before check-in, there is a 50% refund of the prepayment. This is valid during Middle and Low Season and during High Season it needs a cancellation to be done 21 days before check-in in order to be refundable the 50% of the prepayment. In case of a cancellation just 1 week before check-in date, there is no refund of the prepayment.
No-show guest: A withdraw of 50% of the total amount of the stay from the guest’s credit card.
Early Check-out:
If someone has to leave earlier from the confirmed check out date, there is a penalty of 50% of the rest days of the stay. EXCEPT if there is a serious health problem or weather conditions.
